The People’s Choice award will be determined by public voting during the Recycling Center Open House & Recycled Art Show from noon to 4 p.m. on October 12 at the Teton County Recycling Center. Prizes for the Children’s category (12 and under) will be chosen by raffle and awarded in the form of gift certificates to local businesses. Art will be judged on the following:
- Creativity/Originality

- Craftsmanship
Criteria
All artwork must be made from post-consumer, recycled or discarded materials (trash) — items that would otherwise be thrown away or placed in a recycling bin. You may only use new or non-recycled materials as needed for assembly, such as: glue, tape, string, fasteners, paint, sealant, etc., (only as a finishing touch; not as the primary medium). Please avoid using new or store-bought items.
