Curb to Compost

What is Curb to Compost?

Powering Business Sustainability One Bin at a Time

Curb to Compost is Teton County ISWR’s commercial food waste collection program, offering an easy and affordable way for local businesses, schools, and organizations to divert food scraps from the landfill. Funded by a USDA grant, this expanded initiative targets large-scale food waste generators—especially food service establishments—to reduce methane emissions and create nutrient-rich compost.
