We are proud to celebrate 35 years of serving our community through recycling, composting, and waste reduction. Together, we’ve made meaningful progress—and now, we’re pushing even further down the Road to Zero Waste.

To mark this anniversary, we’re striving to increase our waste diversion rate from 30% to 35% in our 35th year. It’s a key milestone on our way to 60% diversion by 2030.
We invite every household, business, and visitor in Teton County to help move the needle by recycling smarter and composting more.
This isn’t just a campaign—it’s a movement. Teton County ISWR manages 7 community recycling sites, a public composting program, and the Trash Transfer Station to make waste diversion easy and accessible.
Recycling and composting don’t require big lifestyle changes—just a commitment to do a little better every day. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress.

Be part of Zero Waste Week—a weeklong celebration of sustainability, creativity, and community action. Whether you’re a long-time recycler or just getting started, there’s something for everyone.
